Thinking about a move to San Benito County? In my opinion, there is no where else you would want to live! We are centrally located to the Pacific Ocean and the Sierra Nevada Mountains, just south of the San Francisco Bay Area, an easy drive to Monterey, Santa Cruz, and Carmel. We are right between the 5 and the 101, so you can easily make your way north or south making for an easy commute to Silicon Valley, Modesto, or Fresno. 

 What I love about living here is that it is the best of all worlds – while it is rural, we have amenities such as destination wineries, Hollister Hills SVRA, and the Pinnacles National Park, but it’s a short drive to world-class entertainment or gourmet dining. Easily enjoy a day in Big Sur or hit San Francisco for some upscale shopping. There is also so much history here – from a walk-through Downtown Hollister to the Mission at San Juan Bautista that dates to 1797.
