I live and breathe San Benito County. My family has owned a business here for generations, helping local farmers, ranch owners, 4H and FFA kids. I am as comfortable in a pair of cowboy boots, as I am wearing street shoes in new construction. As a longtime resident with roots in the community, my relationships with many locals who are buying and selling now go back decades. Why is that important to you when buying or selling? I can often put together transactions with people before the listings hit the MLS saving everyone time and money.

Water and agriculture are a very big deal in our area, so if you are thinking of buying or selling any real estate with property attached, you want someone to represent you who knows the ins and outs of the complexities that go along with that. If you are selling, you also need a real estate professional who can truly value your property and can market its many amenities to potential buyers. There are also a number of small, rural school districts here. Understanding how the school districts work and attendance areas is knowledge that my clients value.
